We are looking for:
Employee in Apparatus and Vessel Manufacturing (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Inspect, cut, and prepare components according to technical drawings for further processing
- Assemble, tack, and professionally weld welding structures
- Prepare weld seams, define and implement the sequence and welding process
- Straighten and rework welding structures and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Perform and document visual and quality inspections of manufactured parts
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assemblies according to drawings
- Perform functional tests as well as interim and final inspections
- Analyze errors and perform rework in the event of deviations
- Operate and set up machines in series manufacturing (e.g., presses, stamping machines, shears)
- Change tools, adjust equipment, and inspect first articles
- Troubleshoot disruptions in the ongoing process
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession (e.g., as a construction mechanic specializing in welding technology)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Experience in welding and metalworking
- Confident reading of and ability to work according to technical drawings
- Knowledge of assembly of assemblies is an advantage
- Experience operating production machines is desirable
- Careful, quality-conscious approach to work
