Engineering and in-house manufacturing
From task to solution
In industrial plants, demanding tasks often arise where a standard component does not fit the process: a heat exchanger must handle a difficult process stream, a vessel must be integrated into an existing plant, an older component is no longer available, or a spraying and cleaning task requires a special design.
TARVO Solutions starts with the specific task. We clarify the required function, assess process and operating conditions, and examine the installation situation. From this, we define the appropriate project scope—from an individual piece of equipment or custom part through manufacturing-oriented engineering to integration into an existing plant.
TARVO Solutions combines engineering and in-house manufacturing so that the solution fits the actual task and suitable existing infrastructure can continue to be used.
Our scope includes heat exchangers, process, pressure and mixing vessels, hygienization, general industrial spray and cleaning systems, custom manufacturing, engineering, retrofit and service.
Depending on the project, we can cover technical clarification, thermal or mechanical design, engineering, material selection, manufacturing and documentation. Installation, modification and commissioning support can be added for the specific project.
For an initial technical assessment, a description of the task, existing drawings or photos, relevant process data and information about the installation and operating situation are helpful. This allows us to determine which services the project actually requires.
The Task Determines the Expertise
A TARVO Solutions project starts with the technical task, not the location. We clarify process data, the installation situation and existing interfaces, then assemble the appropriate engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
Worms, for example, provides expertise in mechanical engineering, industrial spray and cleaning systems, and custom manufacturing. Weselberg is one example of expertise in plant and process equipment engineering, vessels, heat exchangers, hygienization and process engineering. If another TARVO company or location is better suited to the task, its expertise is included in the project.
This creates a solution from the capabilities actually required for the specific task.
