For industrial spraying tasks, the spray header alone does not determine performance. Working width, nozzle arrangement, medium, water quality, available pressure, required application and maintenance access must work together.
TARVO Solutions develops custom spray header for general industrial tasks, including dewatering and thickening processes, dust suppression and degreasing.
Depending on the product and task, design features for cleaning the inside of the header and nozzle area can be included. The required effect at the specific process point is decisive.
For technical clarification, information about the required effect, working width, medium, water quality, available pressure and flow rate, existing nozzle configuration and installation dimensions is helpful.
For retrofit tasks, we also assess which existing connections, supports and components can continue to be used.
