Hygienization for biogas processes
Design around feed and existing plant
In biogas plants, technical tasks often arise at the interfaces between substrate treatment, heat supply and existing plant equipment. If a process stream must undergo thermal hygienization, it is not enough to consider only the vessel: temperature control, residence time, mixing, heat supply and integration into the overall process must work together.
TARVO Solutions develops and manufactures hygienizers, vessels and heat exchangers for these tasks. The specific design is based on the process stream and the requirements that apply to the project.
Existing plants can be expanded or modified selectively. We examine which existing components and interfaces can technically continue to be used.
For the design of a hygienization process, relevant data include the type and quantity of input material, required treatment parameters, feeding method, available heat, existing vessels and piping, and the intended integration into plant operation.
Treatment parameters are derived from the specific process stream and the regulatory or permitting requirements that apply to the project.
Depending on the project, TARVO Solutions can combine engineering, equipment, heat exchangers, manufacturing and integration support.
