Design components and interfaces
From process data to implementation
Not every engineering task requires a completely new plant. Often, individual process steps must be redesigned, existing components replaced, additional equipment integrated, or technical interfaces clearly defined.
TARVO Solutions first clarifies which function is to be performed within which system boundary. On this basis, material and heat flows, equipment, piping and the relevant mechanical interfaces can be considered and the required components sized.
The direct connection to our own manufacturing is a practical advantage: designs are not considered only in calculations, but are developed so that they can be manufactured under the agreed requirements and integrated into the actual installation situation.
The possible project scope includes concept development and technical clarification, thermal and mechanical design, engineering, manufacturing-oriented design, material selection, technical documentation and transfer to production.
For existing plants, available components and interfaces are included in the assessment. Installation, modification or commissioning support can be added depending on the project scope.
Process descriptions, P&IDs or flow diagrams, existing drawings, material and performance data, and a clear description of what should change compared with the current condition provide a good starting point.
