In mineral extraction and processing, high material loads, dust, process water and difficult installation situations come together. Standard components therefore do not fit every process point without modification.
TARVO Solutions handles industrial spraying tasks for dust suppression and cleaning, as well as custom equipment and heat transfer tasks. The decisive question is what effect is required at the specific point and under which conditions the equipment must be operated and maintained.
In existing plants, available piping, connections and installation positions can be included in the engineering. The aim is a clearly defined modification rather than wholesale replacement of functional infrastructure.
For spraying tasks, the material, source of dust, required wetting, working width, available water, water quality and installation space are relevant. For heat transfer tasks, process streams and the temperature program must also be considered.
Depending on the task, TARVO Solutions develops and manufactures spray headers, heat exchangers or custom components and supports integration into existing plants.
