Plants change throughout their life cycle: operating conditions are adjusted, components wear, spare parts are no longer available, or an existing function must be expanded. A complete replacement is not always the technically or economically appropriate choice.
TARVO Solutions supports these tasks with plant surveys, engineering, design, manufacturing of replacement and custom parts, repair and retrofit. Existing components are first assessed technically and retained where this is appropriate for the task.
The connection between engineering and manufacturing also allows us to address special installation situations or components that are no longer available.
The scope can range from a single technical assessment to design, manufacturing and project-specific installation or commissioning support.
For the assessment of an existing asset, nameplates, drawings, photos, available documentation, a description of the issue, and information about the intended change from current operation are helpful.
Based on these documents and the technical condition, we clarify which spare-parts, repair and service options are appropriate and available for the specific equipment.
