Design for feed and project

A hygienization task involves more than heating a vessel. The relevant process stream must be treated under the conditions defined for the project, and the process must be integrated appropriately into the upstream and downstream plant.

TARVO Solutions develops and manufactures hygienization solutions for organic process streams. Depending on the task, vessels, mixing equipment, heat exchangers and other required components can be included in the project scope.

For retrofit projects, we first assess which existing heat supply, vessels, piping and interfaces can continue to be used.

Key design data include the type and quantity of process stream, required temperature and time conditions, feeding method, material properties, existing heat sources and intended operating mode.

The applicable treatment parameters are derived from the input material, project requirements and permitting situation and incorporated into the design.

Potential heat recovery is assessed within the specific plant and system boundary.
