We are looking for:
CNC Machining Technician (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Determine machining steps (e.g. turning or milling) for workpieces
- Define the machining process and formulate it in the machine’s programming language
- Prepare, assemble, measure and install equipment, clamping devices and tools; clamp workpieces, align axially or radially, measure if necessary, and set reference points
- Run the program step by step on the machine and enter correction values into the control system if required
- Identify issues occurring during the process and coordinate their resolution with the responsible departments
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and document inspection results
- Prepare assembly orders
- Assemble parts according to drawings
- Carry out functional tests including quality assurance
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession (e.g. machining technician)
- Experience in machining copper alloys
- Experience with Siemens and Heidenhain control systems
- Ability to read and implement technical drawings
- Willingness to work in shifts
