Conventional Machining Technician (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Set up conventional machining machines according to order requirements
- If necessary, configure measuring equipment, select and prepare tools
- Enter machining parameters based on drawing specifications
- Carry out production according to general guidelines (e.g. job tickets) and optimize defined work processes
- Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and condition using appropriate measuring tools
- Document rework and scrap
- Troubleshoot issues such as insert changes, tool breakage, material properties, etc.
- Report faults to the responsible department
- Continuous improvement (CIP)
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as required or specified
- Communicate with upstream and downstream departments

Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a machining technician (turning)
- Ideally: several years of experience with conventional lathes
- Willingness to work in shift patterns
- Team spirit, personal responsibility, and an independent way of working
