Dust suppression with self-cleaning spray pipes

During the conveying of ore, dust emissions occur particularly at transfer points and along open belt sections. Effective dust suppression requires uniform and permanently stable wetting.

TARVO Solutions uses spray pipes with an internal cleaning device for this purpose – a technology that has been in use since 1960.

Stable operation through integrated cleaning

The internal cleaning makes it possible to remove deposits and blockages during operation. This keeps the spray performance constant – even when using contaminated media or under difficult environmental conditions.
