Custom manufacturing is required when a needed part is not available as a standard product, an existing design must be replaced, or a special geometry must be produced.
TARVO Solutions manufactures industrial individual parts, welded assemblies and custom structures. Depending on the task, we can manufacture from an existing drawing or develop the manufacturing-oriented design together with engineering.
Our manufacturing capabilities include laser-cut parts made from stainless steel and carbon steel, as well as welded and custom structures.
For an inquiry, a drawing, 3D data or a clear description of the function, material specification, quantity and relevant dimensions or tolerances is helpful.
For replacement parts from older plants, existing components, photos and connection dimensions can serve as the starting point for technical clarification.
The specific manufacturing and inspection scope is defined before the order is placed.
Assembly & Piping
When assemblies only become complete through integration into the existing plant, we can provide project-specific piping work on site or assemble customer-supplied components at our workshop. The scope, interfaces and required documents are clearly agreed before work begins.
Laser-Cut Parts & Sheet Blanks
We manufacture laser-cut parts from stainless steel and carbon steel using agreed production data, as individual parts or in series. Drawing, material, sheet thickness, quantity and required secondary operations form the basis for technical and commercial clarification.
Welded Assemblies
We manufacture welded assemblies from drawings or an agreed design. Required surface treatments and further operations are defined for the specific project. Repair welding can also form part of the order after technical assessment.
Custom Designs
When a standard part does not fit the function, geometry or installation situation, we develop or manufacture a project-specific design. The starting point can be an existing drawing, an available component or a technical task description. A clearly defined function and a manufacturing-oriented project scope are decisive.
Process Equipment Components
For plant builders and operators, we manufacture custom process equipment components from a technical task description or existing design, such as heat exchangers or hydraulic separators. The design is matched to the function, material, connections and agreed scope of supply.
