Hygienizers provide defined thermal treatment of organic process streams. For the process to fit the actual plant, material properties, feeding, temperature control, required treatment time and mixing must be considered together.
TARVO Solutions develops and manufactures custom hygienizers and can combine process equipment, heat transfer and engineering expertise for the task.
Integration can be planned for new plants or as an expansion of an existing process chain.
Design requires the type and quantity of material, required treatment conditions, feeding method, available heat sources, space and the interfaces to upstream and downstream process stages.
The applicable temperature, time and, where relevant, size-reduction requirements are derived from the input material, project and permitting situation.
Existing heat and suitable infrastructure can be assessed for continued use during engineering.
