Thermally and mechanically designed
Consider design and maintenance
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are suitable for many industrial heating, cooling and condensing tasks. The appropriate configuration can only be determined from the temperature program, process streams and mechanical operating conditions.
TARVO Solutions develops and manufactures shell-and-tube heat exchangers based on project-specific requirements. Thermal design is combined with the mechanical constraints and the subsequent installation and maintenance situation.
For existing plants, the new design can be matched to available interfaces where their continued use is technically appropriate.
Design requires process streams, inlet and outlet temperatures, operating and design pressures, material properties, and information about potential fouling.
For condensing duties, the specific process conditions of the phase change are also relevant.
Existing data sheets and drawings allow faster assessment of the interfaces in replacement and retrofit projects.
