In belt filter presses, belt presses and comparable dewatering or thickening systems, cleaning of the filter medium depends on the complete spray system. Water quality, solids, nozzle arrangement and working width influence the spray pattern and required maintenance.
TARVO Solutions develops spray headers for these process points. Depending on the product and task, an integrated cleaning mechanism can be used to address deposits inside the header and nozzle area by design during operation.
The design focuses on a uniform spray pattern, suitable cleanability and integration into the specific machine.
