Design for material and installation
Spray pattern before water volume
At transfer points, conveyors, crushers, screens and other dust-intensive process points, the spray pattern must match the actual source of dust. Water volume alone does not determine the effect.
TARVO Solutions develops spray headers for industrial dust suppression tasks. We consider the position and size of the emission source, material movement, available water quality, pressure conditions and installation options.
Nozzle arrangement and mechanical design are matched to where and how the medium is intended to act on the process.
For technical clarification, photos or drawings of the emission source, material type and throughput, working width, available water volume and quality, pressure and installation options are helpful.
If process or recirculated water is contaminated, we can also assess which design measures are appropriate for maintenance and cleaning.
The expected effect is derived from the process and installation situation and assessed technically within the project.
